WLMAC First Aid Club

WLMAC First Aid Club is a student-led organization at William Lyon Mackenzie Collegiate Institute dedicated to building a safer school community. We focus on hands-on CPR and emergency first aid training, offer official certification courses through the Lifesaving Society*, and prepare members to compete in national health events like HOSA. Whether you’re looking to get certified, join a competition, or just learn life-saving skills, this is the place to start. Everyone’s welcome - no experience needed.

About WLMAC First Aid

WLMAC First Aid is more than just a club; it’s a space where students come together to learn how to save lives, support each other, and build confidence in emergency situations. Founded by certified instructors and passionate students, our goal is to make first aid knowledge accessible, practical, and engaging for everyone at William Lyon Mackenzie CI.

We run weekly hands-on sessions, offer real certification courses (at no cost), and help students prep for high-level competitions like HOSA. Whether you’re trying to get certified, gain leadership experience, or just want to be more prepared, this is the place for you.

WLMAC First Aid operates as an authorized branch of Lifeguardix, a legally registered and insured provider of certified first aid and lifesaving instruction in Ontario.
